JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage Marketing/Brand Management activities for the brand, building consumer preference to achieve overall business objectives for the responsible categories.

  • Plan, develop, and organize the implementation of marketing plans for the brand according to the company's overall business objectives based on continuous analysis and evaluation of the brand, market, and consumer psychology.

  • Assist the Category Marketing Director in identifying and implementing short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the brand in line with the company's overall business strategy.

  • Propose, plan, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and activities, and assess the results of the annual marketing programs for each responsible brand, ensuring alignment with the overall development strategy and achieving category objectives.

  • Support the Category Marketing Director in developing and launching new products and packaging.

  • Closely monitor sales performance and forecast category volumes.

  • Manage and use the marketing budget correctly and effectively within the approved budget.

  • Manage advertising service companies and suppliers to ensure results are delivered as committed and cost-effective.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Major

  • University/graduate degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Marketing at multinational companies/large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

  • Experience in managing teams working on brand development projects and marketing activities: communication programs (ATL) and brand activation programs (BTL), (new product development, market research, advertising, promotions, etc.).

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in brand marketing/marketing knowledge and skills.

  • Analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to plan, execute, delegate tasks, and control effectively.

  • Leadership, development, and training skills for subordinates.

  • Presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to achieve the highest work efficiency in internal and external company relations.

4. Other Requirements

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Proficient in office computing.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive work spirit.

  • Ability to withstand high pressure.
