The Digital Marketing team within the Strategy & Innovation office drives strategic initiatives aimed at reshaping customer behaviors, transcending traditional marketing norms. Content marketing plays a pivotal role in this, including efforts to recruit new users to our category and nurture and retain existing ones.

Main Responsibilities

Content Planning, Creation & Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning, with a focus on creating engaging, high-quality content to attract, grow, and retain our target audience.

• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and communication channel analysis to identify industry trends and customer pain points, guiding content planning and optimization efforts.

• Establish guidelines and implement a measurement framework to uphold quality standards for content marketing.

• Maintain an organized weekly content calendar to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of content.

• Oversee various content channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content released to customers.

Distribution Management

• Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to distribution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences, and meeting production deadlines.

• Drive go-to-market thematic campaigns, integrating content across various channels including paid, owned, and earned media channels.

• Recruit and contract new content creators as needed.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools, analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities.

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging and enhance user experience, driving organic growth and improving brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/content marketing.

• Strong knowledge of various aspects of content marketing for brand building and sales-driven goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker and problem solver.

• Ability to thrive in matrix environments and build relationships with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with logical thinking and execution.

• Excellent writing and research abilities with a knack for quickly grasping new concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree

• Direct experience building a content marketing capability from scratch
