Professional qualifications
- He holds a degree in Automation Engineering from the Moscow University of Applied Biotechnology (1998).
- He was among the first batch of students sent abroad by Vinamilk for specialized training as part of their workforce development program.
Experience
- He was appointed as the Executive Director of Raw Material Development in September 2023.
- From 2016 to 2023, he served as the CEO of Angkormilk, a 100% Vinamilk-owned subsidiary in Cambodia. Under his leadership, Angkormilk achieved impressive growth for several consecutive years.
- Previously, from 1999 to 2016, he held various positions at different factories and in the Project Division including: Project lead for the Angkor Dairy Factory in Cambodia; Technical manager, Electrical lead in the M&E team, and coordinated the project for the installation of the powdered milk filling line at Dielac Dairy Factory; he was also responsible for the technical side, procurement, installation, and operation of equipment for the Saigon Coffee Factory project.
