How to Place an Order

  • Customers can place orders via the website vinamilk.com.vn or the Vinamilk mobile app. A confirmation message will be sent via Zalo once the order is successfully placed.

Delivery Conditions

  • To ensure product quality and due to delivery limitations, online orders are subject to the following conditions:
    • Actual weight must be under 30 kg
    • Package dimensions must not exceed 50 x 40 x 50 cm (L x W x H)
    • Certain products may have delivery restrictions, including:
    • Liquid milk (if quantity exceeds carrier limits)
    • Spoonable yogurt, pasteurized milk, Probi drinking yogurt, ice cream, and cheese
    • Delivery radius limits:
      • Yogurt/Cheese/Pasteurized milk: within 10 km
      • Ice cream: within 5 km
      • Probi: within 15 km
    • For larger orders, please contact Vinamilk Shop via Zalo.
    • All prices include VAT.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

  • Vinamilk Shop may contact you to confirm your phone number and address.
  • Products will be delivered to the address provided in your order.
  • Delivery staff will call before delivering.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • In major cities (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa):
    • Within 5 km of a Vinamilk store: delivery in 1–2 days after Zalo confirmation
    • Outside 5 km: order handed to delivery partner in 1–2 days, then delivered in 1–2 more days
  • In other areas:
    • Within 5 km of a store: delivery in 2–3 days
    • Outside 5 km: handed to delivery partner in 1–2 days, then delivered in 3–5 more days

If items are out of stock, Vinamilk may transfer your order to another store, which may extend delivery by 2–3 days.

  • Late Delivery Compensation
    • For orders delayed 5+ working days due to Vinamilk’s error, customers will receive a 30,000 VND voucher as an apology.
    • Note:
      • Not applicable for delays caused by external factors (e.g. unreachable customer, rescheduled delivery, third-party issues)
      • Valid for orders from Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 21, 2025
      • Voucher is single-use, valid for 30 days, and cannot be combined with other vouchers
  • Shipping Fees
    • Free shipping for orders ≥ 300,000 VND (after discounts, incl. VAT)
    • Orders < 129,000 VND: 19,000 VND shipping fee
    • Orders 129,000–299,999 VND: 15,000 VND shipping fee

Order Cancellation

  • Vinamilk may cancel your order under the following circumstances:
    • Vinamilk is unable to successfully contact you via the phone number provided for delivery. In such cases, Vinamilk Shop will proceed to cancel the order and notify you via Zalo message.
    • Vinamilk detects fraudulent activity or has reasonable suspicion of fraud associated with your account. In such cases, Vinamilk will automatically cancel the order and notify you via Zalo message.
    • Other objective reasons (For example, if a Vinamilk Rewards voucher was used in the order, the voucher will be converted into points and returned to your account).
    • In all cases, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the transaction if the following conditions are met:
    • Notify Vinamilk of the cancellation by calling 1900 636 979 or emailing eshop@vinamilk.com.vn
  • Return any received goods that have not been used or benefited from, in accordance with the return and exchange policy
