Vinamilk Rewards Policy

By participating in the Vinamilk Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms:

Article 1: Definitions

- “Program” refers to the Vinamilk Rewards Program operated by Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company.

- “Company” refers to Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company.

- “Points” refer to the reward points accumulated by Customers based on the Program’s rules when making purchases or participating in activities on vinamilk.com.vn.

- “Customer” refers to individuals who have registered an account on vinamilk.com.vn or the Vinamilk app and agreed to the Program’s Terms of Use.

- “Program Changes” refer to any updates or modifications to the Program as determined by Vinamilk from time to time (see Article 4). Customers may continue to participate if they meet the updated conditions.

Article 2: Customer Eligibility

2.1 All Customers who register an account and accept the Terms of Use are eligible to participate and redeem Points for Vouchers, Gifts, or E-Vouchers.

2.2 Customers are not eligible if:

- They register with inaccurate or falsified information, or use another person’s personal data.

- They use the Program unlawfully or inappropriately, such as accumulating or redeeming Points fraudulently or for personal gain.

- They use the Program to engage in resale activities.

2.3 Notification and handling of ineligible Customers:

The Company reserves the right to revoke a Customer’s eligibility upon detecting violations under Article 2.2. Customers may file complaints or provide explanations, but the Company’s decision is final.

Once disqualified, Customers may not use their Points to redeem Program benefits.

Article 3: Program Details

1. When Customers make purchases on vinamilk.com.vn or the Vinamilk app, they will accumulate Points based on the total spending amount, excluding shipping fees.

2.  Point accumulation rates by product category:

- Powdered milk products (adult and children over 2 years old), ready-to-drink powdered milk, nutritional powder: 4%
- Condensed milk and Vinamilk 220ml nutritious milk; Sweetened 100% 110ml & 180ml UHT Fresh Milk 110ml: 0%
- Liquid milk; ADM; Flex; Happy Star 220ml nutritious milk: 2%
- Spoonable yohgurt, drinking yohgurt and cheese: 4%
- Probi probiotics drinking yohgurt: 2%
- SUSU UHT drinking yoghurt; SUSU Fruit & Veggie Juice Drink: 2%
- Fresh Juice and Beverages: 2%
- Ice cream: 2%

Accumulated Points = (Product price – Discount) × Accumulation rate

Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Example:

- 180ml liquid milk carton: 320,000 VND

- Sure Prevent 800g: 680,000 VND

- Discount coupon: –10,000 VND

- Total value: 990,000 VND

- Shipping fee: 20,000 VND

→ Accumulated Points = 320,000 × 2% + 680,000 × 4% = 33,364 Points

3. Points & Expiry:

- Points earned before March 1, 2025 expire on June 15, 2025

- Points earned from March 1 to December 31, 2025 expire on March 31, 2026

- From 2026 onward, points earned in a calendar year expire on March 31 of the following year

(e.g., Points from Jan 1–Dec 31, 2026 expire on Mar 31, 2027)

- Points can be redeemed for discount coupons, gifts, or E-Vouchers listed on the Vinamilk Rewards page.

Points cannot be converted into cash in any form.

4. Vinamilk Vouchers & Gift Vouchers:

- Valid for 30 days from the date of successful redemption

- Each order may apply only one discount voucher or one gift voucher

- The total redemption limit for each voucher or gift is set and may change over time

- Example: “Vinamilk Tote Bag” has a total of 100 redemptions

- Remaining redemptions are updated in real time on the website and app

 Each customer is limited to a maximum number of redemptions per voucher/gift

- Example: For the Tote Bag, each customer may redeem up to 3 times

- Remaining redemptions per customer are also shown on the website and app

Article 4: Program Changes

- The detailed content of the Program may be changed or updated depending on the Company’s policies and conditions at any given time. The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Program without prior notice to Customers. Such changes will take effect from the time they are publicly announced on the Company’s website.

- If the Program is modified or updated as described in Clause 4.1, Customers must comply with the updated version of the Program.

Article 5: Termination of the Program

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, provided that Customers are notified at least fifteen (15) days in advance via one or more of the following methods:

- Written notice on the Company’s website

- Email notification

- SMS notification

- Notification via call center

After the termination date, Customers will no longer be able to participate in the Program. Any unused Points will expire, and the Company shall not be liable to compensate Customers in any form.

Article 6: Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Company has full authority to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the time they are publicly announced on the Company’s website.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute related to these Terms of Use, the involved parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation and conciliation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute arises, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court in accordance with applicable laws.
