RETURN POLICY
Vinamilk Shop currently does not support return or refund requests based on subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Customers are required to inspect the condition of the goods and request a return or exchange at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The product is not of the correct type or model as ordered or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering
- The quantity or set is incomplete compared to the order
- The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage
After receiving the goods, Vinamilk Shop will only process return/exchange requests if the customer provides a video recording of the unboxing process
(Note: The video must clearly show the shipping label, quantity, and condition of the product)
For return cases, customers are kindly requested to record a video of the repackaging process and send it via Zalo Vinamilk – shop & more

Vinamilk Shop only accepts complaints on the same day for refrigerated products and within 3 days for regular products, counted from the time of receipt.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to verify the issue in order to complete the return/exchange process.

REFUND POLICY
The refund period is calculated from the time the order is successfully canceled or the system confirms approval for a refund after a successful return/exchange process.
