All products listed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT).
2. Payment Methods
Vinamilk offers customers the following convenient payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash upon receiving the goods
- Credit/Debit Card
- Domestic ATM Card / Internet Banking
- ZaloPay e-wallet
- Other e-wallets (Momo, ShopeePay, VNPAY, etc.) via QR code scanning with mobile apps
- Apple Pay
3. Common Payment Issues and Solutions
Issue | Suggested Resolution |

1. Correct card info entered but no OTP received | – Check if other SMS messages are being received – If SMS is working, the issue may be due to network congestion; try resending OTP – If no SMS is received at all, check phone signal, clear memory, or try another device – Verify that the registered phone number matches the one being checked |
2. Card info entered but payment fails or is declined | – Check for missing or extra digits in card number – Ensure cardholder name is entered without accents and matches printed format – Verify expiry date, cardholder name, card number, CVV – If only issue date is shown, enter that instead – Confirm card is still valid – Check for common digit entry errors (e.g., 9 vs. 4) – If all info is correct but payment still fails, contact issuing bank or email eshop@vinamilk.com.vn with a screenshot (mask CVV and middle digits; provide first 6 and last 4 digits) |
3. Insufficient card limit or account balance | – Check available balance and daily transaction limit |
4. Payment screen exits before completion or shows blank | – May be due to unstable internet or expired mobile data – If payment is delayed too long, session may time out\ – Check connection and retry; if issue persists, send screenshot to eshop@vinamilk.com.vn |
5. Payment fields not displaying properly | – Ensure correct payment method is selected for the card or e-wallet – Example: Selecting international card for ATM card, or choosing the wrong e-wallet – If issue persists, send screenshot to eshop@vinamilk.com.vn for support |
