JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the responsibilities include:

  1. Sales Execution and Management

  • Implement and manage sales plans, activities, and performance for Special Accounts within the assigned region.

  1. Customer Development and Evaluation

  • Plan and assess customer engagement, care, and exploitation strategies; oversee the execution of initiatives to develop customers, partners, brand presence, and market expansion.

  1. Team Recruitment, Training, and Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure capability and performance aligned with business goals.

  1. Customer Relationship and Service Excellence

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.

  1. Budget, Cost, and Resource Management

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to achieve business objectives in the assigned area.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & MAJOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Economics, or other related economic fields.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience with Key Accounts, Horeca customers, preferably in multinational corporations or large-scale companies in the FMCG/food industry.

  • At least 2 years in a similar managerial role.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of sales in the FMCG/food industry, especially in managing Special Accounts (Key Account/Anchor Account) and direct consumer channels (On-premise).

  • Basic understanding of marketing and trade marketing activities.

  • Knowledge of business strategy execution.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

  • Proven ability in team management and staff training.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel frequently and work away from home.
