Vinamilk is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist within the Strategy & Innovation Office. In this role, you will develop and manage affiliate marketing programs across e-commerce platforms and company websites, aiming to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships with publishers, KOLs, and affiliate networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage affiliate programs on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and company website.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, KOLs, content creators, and publishers.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, tech) to provide affiliates with necessary assets and tracking tools.
- Analyze data to identify top-performing affiliates and develop strategies to scale their impact.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate technologies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as AccessTrade, Shopee/Lazada Affiliate, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or in-house affiliate systems.
- Understanding of tracking tools, UTM parameters, and performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS).
- Experience working with influencers, publishers, and affiliate networks.
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Project management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital funnels is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in managing affiliate programs for high-traffic websites or marketplaces.
- Ability to negotiate and close affiliate deals.
- Familiarity with CRM or affiliate management tools.
