I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the responsibilities include:
Implement and execute detailed sales plans and activities assigned by upper management for the managed sales team.
Responsible for executing customer development, partnership building, brand promotion, and market expansion initiatives through the distributor sales team.
Optimize visit routing and scheduling; conduct training and performance evaluation for Distributor Sales Representatives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Manage the quality of distributor staff information and customer data updates in the system.
The goal is to achieve assigned business targets in terms of revenue, market share, distribution, merchandising, brand image, and visibility in the designated area.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & MAJOR:
College degree or higher.
Preferred majors: Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry, preferably at multinational corporations or large-scale companies.
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Experience in field staff training.
Effective work management skills.
Strong distributor operations management.
Good understanding of distributor business performance management.
Interviewing and recruiting skills for sales staff.
Proficient in designing and managing sales routes.
Strong data analysis and processing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in building customer relationships and delivering quality customer service.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining customer partnerships.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective team-building and leadership skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Energetic, proactive, and determined.
High level of commitment and integrity.
Ability to work under high pressure.
