JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role:
Business Development & Key Account Manager (On-premise Channel) is responsible for leading all business and cross-functional processes at the distributor branch level, demonstrating accountability and effective management. This role operates both directly and through team leadership to ensure outstanding presence at both online and offline retail points, delivering superior value to consumers and customers in alignment with Vinamilk’s Values and Principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise implementation at lower levels and monitor execution of detailed action plans and sales activities to achieve overall objectives for chain key accounts (revenue, cost, coverage, distribution, brand image, market share, etc.).
Consolidate bidding information and perform support tasks related to the entire bidding/purchasing preparation process for chain key accounts (document procedures, training support, consulting, issue resolution, etc.).
Develop policies and programs to penetrate and grow Vinamilk products at retail points.
Plan and evaluate monthly customer engagement and development activities by staff for target customer lists (assigned chain accounts, potential customers, retail points with or without prior purchases). Identify and assess new business opportunities (new outlets, increased SKUs/outlets, inventory expansion) to maximize sales potential.
Oversee implementation, execution, and management of customer contracts.
Organize and supervise trade marketing programs, sales support, and promotional activities (promotions, displays, product launches, communications) targeting chain key accounts, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Maintain and enhance service quality and customer care, building sustainable relationships with customers and distributors in the assigned geographic area.
Responsible for managing, supervising, controlling, and evaluating the use of resources related to sales and chain key account activities (operating budget, personnel, assets, support activities) efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications:
University graduate.
Preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related Economics fields.
Proficient in one of the following languages: English, Russian, or Korean.
Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales and key account management for special customer groups such as HORECA, hospitals, schools, and other direct consumer segments (On-premise Channel).
Practical experience in multinational companies or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Deep understanding of sales in the food/FMCG industry, especially in key account/on-premise channels.
Basic knowledge of marketing and trade support activities.
Knowledge of business strategy implementation.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
