About the Role 

Vinamilk Eshop is seeking a strategic and creative Communication & Content Planner to lead content planning across our digital ecosystem. This role plays a key part in driving performance, engagement, and brand consistency across both online and offline touchpoints

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to craft compelling content strategies that support monthly campaigns, product marketing, and influencer activations. You will also explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and planning efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Communication & Performance-Driven Content Planning (Vinamilk Web & App) (40%) 

  • Lead monthly campaign communication planning with clear messaging, visuals, and content guidelines. 

  • Support product marketing initiatives such as affiliate programs, loyalty rewards, and gamification. 

  • Create engagement content for social media channels to drive brand affinity and user interaction. 

  • Develop and manage content calendars for Vinamilk Eshop’s website and mobile app. 

  • Align content with the needs of digital channels including paid ads, app notifications, ZNS, SMS, and more. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, media, CRM) and external agencies to produce high-performing content assets. 

2. Offline Store Content Planning (40%) 

  • Build monthly content plans for physical stores, including thematic campaigns, product launches, store opening and seasonal promotions (e.g. Mid-Autumn, Back-to-school, Tet). 

  • Plan and implement a content plan to increase the Vinamilk store's brand awareness and attract new customers  

  • Develop localized content for different store formats and regions, ensuring relevance to target demographics. 

  • Collaborate with trade marketing and retail operations teams to align messaging with commercial goals and ensure timely execution. 

  • Support experiential initiatives such as sampling, mini-events, and festive activations with tailored content and messaging. 

3. Influencer Marketing Coordination (20%) 

  • Act as the main liaison with agencies for influencer marketing campaigns. 

  • Manage KOC/KOL booking, content briefing, and campaign execution. 

  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives. 

Requirements 

Experience & Skills 

  • From 4 years of experience in communication & content planning 

  • Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive performance and engagement. 

  • Strong understanding of digital channels and consumer behavior. 

  • Experience working with creative teams and managing external agencies. 

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign management. 

  • Have experience working with agencies is a plus  

  • Experience in FMCG or retail industry is a strong plus. 

AI & Tech Savviness 

  • Ability to explore and apply AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI) to support ideation, copywriting, and content optimization. 

  • Open to experimenting with automation and personalization tools to improve content relevance and efficiency.
