About the Role 

Vinamilk is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user growth and retention across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) web and app platforms. This role focuses on optimizing paid advertising campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels. 

  • Set up and manage ad campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and attribution. 

  • Develop and refine creative asset strategies to improve engagement and conversion performance. 

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to identify best performing combinations. 

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CR%, CAC, and provide actionable insights for improvement. 

  • Identify high-performing products and categories with strong conversion rates and recommend traffic allocation strategies. 

  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaign landing pages, providing recommendations based on user behavior and conversion data. 

  • Collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation and data integrity. 

  • Support administrative tasks including documentation, vendor coordination, and payment processing. 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role. 

  • Experience running paid ads for both web and app platforms is a strong advantage 

  • Proven experience running paid ads for both web and app across multiple platforms (Google, TikTok, Facebook). 

  • Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager. 

  • Understanding database concepts, web and app tracking mechanisms.
