About the Role
Vinamilk is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user growth and retention across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) web and app platforms. This role focuses on optimizing paid advertising campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Set up and manage ad campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
Develop and refine creative asset strategies to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to identify best performing combinations.
Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CR%, CAC, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Identify high-performing products and categories with strong conversion rates and recommend traffic allocation strategies.
Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaign landing pages, providing recommendations based on user behavior and conversion data.
Collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation and data integrity.
Support administrative tasks including documentation, vendor coordination, and payment processing.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Experience running paid ads for both web and app platforms is a strong advantage
Proven experience running paid ads for both web and app across multiple platforms (Google, TikTok, Facebook).
Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding database concepts, web and app tracking mechanisms.
