VINAMILK’s Strategy & Innovation Office is expanding its staff and is searching for experienced Digital Marketing Expert in Ecommerce field to join our dynamic and agile team. The right candidate will own and drive our digital marketing for Ecommerce KPIs with the experimental & performance approach. They are responsible for generate new customers on Ecommerce by driving offsite and onsite traffic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and results driven environment, hard-working, data-driven; work with strong sense of urgency and willingness to win.
Main Responsibilities
• Set digital marketing strategies to drive the D2C Ecommerce business growth on marketplace: Lazada, Shopee & quick
commerce: Grab Mart, Shopee Food
• Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce team to make sure that the assortment, channel, and commercial strategy
reflected in digital marketing plan.
• Work closely with the Retention & Data team to ensure effective targeting and acquisition plan.
• Manage all digital activities in relation to traffic acquisition, Ecommerce sales, conversion, A/B testing.
• Execute on strategies that drive improvements including click rate, conversion rate, ROAS, cost per traffic, customer
acquisition cost.
• Execute onsite marketing solutions on Lazada & Shopee including Sponsored Discovery for all product portfolio.
• Execute traffic-based paid media campaigns to bring external traffic to our SIS page.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce team and partners to buy Visibility package.
• Develop content calendar and oversee social media pages and ecommerce pages.
• Research products, services, and current Ecommerce & Marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze all relevant Ecommerce and Digital Marketing data to create data driven marketing plan and optimization items to achieve Ecommerce KPIs.
• Establish SOP and best practice in digital marketing.
• Budget management, project management & forecasting.
• Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs and budget.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of digital marketing/ customers growth experience, preferably from marketplace platforms or MNC Ecommerce Digital Marketing role
• Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: digital media, digital content, digital customer research.
• Firm understanding of Ecommerce marketing solutions and all performance marketing tactics and metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
• Strong expertise in all forms of bidding media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google and other social platforms)
• A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with DTC marketing model
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Thriving in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL)
