Position Summary
Vinamilk is seeking a performance-driven Designer to support the creation, optimization, and scaling of visual assets for PPC campaigns and automated customer journeys. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed creative environment and is excited to leverage AI tools to enhance design output and efficiency.
You’ll collaborate with the Creative Production team to deliver high-impact visuals tailored for paid media platforms and AI-powered customer journeys. You’ll execute A/B test creatives, iterate based on performance feedback, and use AI tools to generate scalable design variations—without direct involvement in data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and optimize visual assets for PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance goals.
· Produce scalable design variations for automated customer journeys, maintaining consistency and personalization across touchpoints.
· Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative production and scale up asset variations efficiently.
· Execute creative A/B tests and refine designs based on test outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
· Collaborate with content creators, media planners, and journey strategists to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in digital design, performance marketing, or creative production.
· Strong portfolio showcasing paid media creatives and scalable design systems.
· Proficiency in layout, typography, and platform-specific design best practices.
· Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Figma plugins) to support scalable asset creation.
· Ability to work efficiently in a test-and-learn environment with rapid iteration cycles.
· Experience in eCommerce, customer journey mapping, or AI-driven personalization

· Microsoft Workspace (PowerPoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word), Jira, Notion
