Vinamilk is looking for Integrated Media Marketing Manager to be responsible for the effectiveness of brand communication programs. This includes proposing and managing marketing communication plans across various channels such as TV, print, radio, OOH, cinema, and digital. Also oversees the performance of media service agencies to ensure Vinamilk’s advertising rights are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose communication plans for assigned brands based on marketing objectives.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of tools to manage and evaluate communication programs and agencies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing communication plans across all approved channels.
  • Implement and monitor campaign-specific communication plans aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with media partners to update brand teams on media trends and recommend suitable channels.
  • Evaluate sponsorships, partnerships, and market opportunities; organize review meetings to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage communication budgets, ensure timely payments, and monitor rebates and actual spending.
  • Supervise advertising agencies and media partners to ensure commitments are met and media buying is optimized.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance media knowledge for the marketing team.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to meet performance and competency standards.
  • Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Preferred majors: Economics, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in media management - 4 years of experience in similar role, especially Above The Line (ATL) activities

  • Preferably from large companies in dairy, food, or FMCG sectors.

  • Experience in planning multi-channel advertising campaigns (TV, print, radio, OOH, cinema, digital).

  • Familiarity with FMCG brand operations.

3. Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient in communication planning and agency evaluation.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.

  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Expertise in operating digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and tracking platforms (GA4, etc.)
