JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Special Accounts, the responsibilities include:
Responsible for executing sales plans, customer care activities, and other relevant tasks for assigned managed accounts.
Implement initiatives related to customer development, partnerships, brand building, and market expansion; manage and maintain customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
The goal is to achieve business targets assigned by management for designated areas and accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Major:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Economics, or other related economic fields.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience working with Key Accounts, Horeca customers, preferably in multinational corporations or large-scale companies in the FMCG/food industry or equivalent.
3. Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of sales in the FMCG/food industry, especially knowledge of special account channels (Key Account/Anchor Account) and direct consumer channels (On-premise).
Basic knowledge of trade marketing activities and business planning.
Core skills in communication, presentation, persuasion, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Strong ability to build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and partners.
4. Other Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication in English.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently and work away from home.
