ABOUT THE JOB:
The Key Account Manager – MT Channel (International Market) plays a pivotal role in expanding Vinamilk’s presence in overseas super/ hypermarket chains. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing relationships with international retail partners, and driving sales performance across key markets. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth in the international MT channel.

Job Description
1/ Planning and Management:
Develop detailed action plans for customer development, brand development, and market expansion.
Develop and implement strategic account plans for international supermarket chains to achieve sales and distribution targets
2/ Implementation and Compliance:
Collaborate with sales operations to execute marketing and sales support activities.
Ensure compliance with display standards, planograms, and effective use of promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, compliance with export regulations, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Marketing, Trade, Sales, Strategy teams, etc. to execute in-store activations, POSM deployment, and brand visibility campaigns
3/ Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain good relationships with supermarket management and partners.
Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and joint business plans with international accounts.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Strategic Planning to support decision-making.
Represent Vinamilk in international trade meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.
Ensure alignment with company standards, brand guidelines, and international market requirements
4/ Budget and Resource Management:
Assist in monitoring and optimizing the use of budgets and resources.
Manage risks to achieve overall objectives related to revenue, market share, distribution, and product visibility.
Job Requirements
1/ Education and Major:
University or Master degree
Preferably major in marketing, business administration.
2/ Experience:
Minimum 10 years of specialized work experience in multinational companies or large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or fast-moving consumer goods industry, with a preference for the dairy sector.
At least 5 years of manager level experience in companies with large-scale operations, with a preference for roles related to managing international supermarket channel customers or convenience stores.
3/ Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Experience and knowledge in managing business activities related to supermarkets or (chain) convenience stores; particularly interacting with supermarket channel customers, including purchasing departments and buying teams.
Understanding of brand management and product categories within supermarkets (or convenience store chains).
Analytical skills, business planning, and budget management.
Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and develop cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
4/ Other Requirements:
Proficient in office computing.
Fluent in English.
Honest, team-oriented.
Able to handle high work pressure and work beyond regular hours.
