JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Division/Department Head, the responsibilities include:

  1. Business Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement assigned business plans; evaluate the execution of business plans by subordinates.

  • Plan and organize overall/detailed action plans aligned with the company’s general objectives.

  • Guide and support management levels in planning, executing, and evaluating activities to achieve assigned targets.

  • Coordinate with other departments in all bidding-related activities to optimize overall business results.

  • Monitor competitor activities, identify potential or risky areas in terms of market share; assess competitive landscape and report timely solutions to improve competitiveness in managed territories.

  1. Customer, Partner, and Market Development

  • Represent the company in identifying and developing partnerships.

  • Evaluate and propose investment effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement product development and service quality improvement plans.

  1. Organizational and Team Development

  • Plan and structure organizational development in managed areas.

  • Coordinate with HR in interviewing, recruitment proposals, and termination recommendations; ensure proper job-person fit.

  1. Relationship Building and Customer Service

  • Represent the company in maintaining and developing relationships with partners and external stakeholders, including local authorities and government agencies.

  1. Budget, Cost, Resource, and Risk Management

  • Manage and control resource utilization related to sales for optimal efficiency; implement necessary adjustments and reallocations.

  • Ensure effective, consistent, and accurate communication and information systems.

  1. Other Duties

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Division/Department Head.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education & Major:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferred majors: Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade.

  1. Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of practical sales management experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role at multinational corporations or large-scale companies in FMCG/food industry.

  1. Professional Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of channel/distribution system development and market indicators in the FMCG sector; strong business operations management skills.

  • Understanding of assigned products and markets.

  • Knowledge of business planning, financial management, marketing/trade marketing, and basic HR management.

  • Strong skills in leadership, team development, negotiation and influence, problem-solving, and decision-making.

  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation of market indicators and competitive landscape.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and external stakeholders, including government agencies.

  1. Other Requirements:

  • Good communication in English; proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Enthusiastic, determined, and able to work under high pressure.

  • High integrity and commitment.

  • Willingness to travel and work away from home.
