JOB DUTIES
Sales Effectiveness:
- Develop and cascade effective best practice sales process and sales tools and adapt with market dynamics.
- Frequently go to field for coaching and monitoring sales execution to sustain the sales policies.
- Define and align KPIs for the sales team to meet business targets.
- Evaluate sales operations and activities to maximize effectiveness across channels.
- Establish systems for managing team performance, reporting, and analysis.
- Review sales incentive schemes to ensure high motivation and competitiveness.
- Design and organize sales motivational events (Recognition and Rewards, Sales Conference, and workshop, ….) to enhance motivation and engagement.
Training & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis in sales, especially sales field force; analyze individual development demand and business requirements to build the training and coaching roadmap.
- Build diversify training materials and tools (on-line, off-line, off-site, video, class-based... trainings) to develop sales capabilities in line with the company’s growing business.
- Execute the training - coaching activities; coordinate with sales training vendors and trainers to ensure effective training organization.
- Design and directly participate in on-boarding and induction programs to sales force.
- Evaluate, monitor and upgrade training schedules and contents to optimize training and coaching effectiveness.
Sales force development
- Develop and deploy sales force development: Succession planning, Sale trainee, new team for expanding and new projects.
- Design and conduct skills assessments to align sales teams with business targets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO START
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably related fields, such as: HR Management/ Business Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales development, training … preferably in FMCG and at least 2 years' experience in same position.
- Good in training, coaching skill; ability to design training documents required.
- Good in communication and convincing skill.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Good computer skill (office applications) and some level in English.
- Integrity, passion in job and excitement with changes.
