I. Job Summary:
Support the Regional Director/Senior Domestic Sales Director in monitoring and overseeing all business operations within the region. This includes managing workflows, executing sales projects, and coordinating with support departments (Trade, RTM, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure sales targets, distribution coverage, and brand visibility at points of sale are achieved.
II. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing business plans, sales targets, and distribution coverage for the assigned region.
Plan monthly/quarterly market visits and point-of-sale inspections.
Monitor and review sell-in/sell-out sales, distributor inventory, and sales team KPIs; propose improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with distributors and Sales Supervisors/Representatives to execute display, promotion, and sell-out boosting programs.
Collaborate with support departments (Trade, RTM, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely and complete execution of programs and product delivery.
Participate in sales projects (project-based) or operational process improvement initiatives (process-based) for the region.
Consolidate and analyze market data, monitor competitor activities, and provide periodic reports to management.
Resolve operational issues to ensure market execution aligns with company direction.
Organize sales meetings/conferences (if any).
Prepare reports and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Education & Major:
College degree or higher.
Preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
Preferably with experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Sales Admin/Business Support.
3. Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of Distributor operations and the General Trade (GT) channel.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of analyzing business data.
Good communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
4. Other Requirements:
