Role Purpose:

Support the execution of brand advocacy initiatives, content partnerships, and owned channel operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth day-to-day reputation management.

This role plays a key part in coordinating activities across partners, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality advocacy and communication outputs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Coordination

  • Execute digital and advocacy initiatives aligned with brand objectives

  • Support implementation of advocacy initiatives and partnership activities

  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver integrated influencer, content, and community programs

  • Ensure consistency across channels and touchpoints

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals. Ensure smooth day-to-day execution across projects

Content Amplification Support

  • Identify high-performing content and support amplification activities

  • Assist with tracking paid promotion performance

Owned Channel Support

  • Assist with content & visual publishing across social owned channels 

  • Monitor comments, feedback, and engagement trends

  • Escalate potential risks or issues to the team

Community & Partnership Support

  • Coordinate with community groups, partners, and agencies

  • Support relationship management and activity tracking

  • Monitoring; Performance tracking & Optimization

  • Track campaign KPIs and analyze performance to identify optimization opportunities

  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights

  • Support documentation of learnings and best practices

Corporate Communication Support

  • Assist in PR and corporate communication tasks

  • Prepare materials and coordination support for campaigns

Trend Monitoring & Improvement

  • Monitor market and platform trends related to advocacy, social commerce, and community engagement

  • Recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and agility

Crisis Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor social and media landscape for potential risks

  • Escalate issues based on predefined protocols

  • Support preparation of updates, reports, and documentation

  • Assist in execution of response activities when required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in communications, content, or social roles

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution mindset

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Proven Experience Requirement:

  • Experience contributing to campaigns or projects with clear deliverables

  • Ability to document results and support development of campaign case studies
