JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to the Head of Events & Brand Activation for coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on brand activation programs and events to ensure they are delivered effectively, on schedule, and in line with objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, evaluate, and stay updated on market trends in brand activation, event management, and advertising service providers to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, timely execution, and alignment with market developments.
  • Identify, assess, consolidate information, and provide recommendations for developing brand activation and event plans across different brands and product categories.
  • Take ownership of program implementation by independently monitoring and supervising projects. Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations, and propose solutions or improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and post-event reports for assigned programs.
  • Track, inspect, and manage the issuance and receipt of materials and merchandise for each program, while ensuring accurate final reconciliation and reporting at the end of each project.
  • Coordinate and connect relevant stakeholders (vendors, Marketing team, and other parties) to participate in meetings related to the preparation, implementation, and completion of programs and events.
  • Verify the readiness and execution of service providers to ensure compliance with approved plans and contractual agreements.
  • Review actual expenses against planned budgets for each program.
  • Review, consolidate, analyze, and benchmark quotations to ensure competitiveness. Negotiate with vendors regarding program implementation requirements and costs.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses of cost variances and evaluate cost-effectiveness across different programs.
  • Monitor, update, and control program and event expenditures within the approved budget.
  • Handle payment and settlement procedures for program and event expenses in accordance with contracts signed with vendors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred majors: Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Event Management and/or Brand Activation.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, large-scale dairy, food, FMCG companies, or communications/advertising agencies is preferred.
