I. Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation and monitoring of detailed action plans, sales plans, and promotional activities across channels to achieve overall objectives (revenue, cost, coverage, brand image, etc.)
  • Develop recruitment plans and allocate PG teams according to market demand and business strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate PG performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and processes to achieve business results
  • Maintain and improve PG service quality at points of sale, provide excellent customer care, and build sustainable customer relationships
  • Set KPIs for PGs and monitor performance; propose improvements based on analyzed data
  • Prepare periodic reports on PG team activities and performance
  • Design training programs on sales skills, product knowledge, and communication skills for PGs
  • Organize regular coaching sessions and assess PG competencies
  • Develop career paths for potential PGs
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Support departments to ensure consistency and alignment in program implementation

 II. Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience managing PG/PB teams or in equivalent roles
  • In-depth understanding of the FMCG market, with solid experience and knowledge of distribution channels (GT, MT, stores)
  • Strong leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in office software and data analysis using BI tools
