JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the responsibilities include:
Sourcing, proposing, and coordinating with recruitment service providers to post job vacancies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and recruitment efficiency.
Searching for candidate profiles for assigned positions (with a strong focus on recruiting for FMCG Sales roles).
Supporting other departments in candidate sourcing or job posting as requested.
Scheduling interviews, participating in interviews for assigned positions, providing feedback and interview results to candidates, negotiating proposed compensation packages and official start dates with selected candidates.
Facilitating recruitment procedures in accordance with company processes.
Coordinating onboarding procedures for new hires.
Reviewing and ensuring all recruitment forms and documents are completed in compliance with company regulations.
Preparing monthly, mid-year, year-end, and ad-hoc recruitment reports for the Head Office; reviewing and consolidating recruitment reports from departments into a company-wide report.
Participating in employer branding activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Major:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
2. Experience:
5–7 years of recruitment experience in large-scale companies, preferably in FMCG or premium recruitment service firms.
3. Professional Knowledge & Skills:
3.1 Professional Knowledge:
Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
General knowledge of human resources.
Understanding of business operations and functions.

4. Other Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
