JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Category Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Develop short-term and long-term trade marketing programs and initiatives to drive product consumption across all sales channels (Traditional Trade, Key Accounts, and Modern Trade).

  • Support Category Trade Marketing Managers in designing tactical programs aligned with category strategies.

  • Plan and allocate promotional targets for each distributor to ensure the effectiveness of promotional programs at retail points.

  • Create templates and tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs at both wholesale and retail outlets.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in Trade Marketing within large-scale FMCG companies.

3. Professional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Business, Trade Marketing, and Marketing.

  • Basic financial knowledge.

  • Understanding of distribution channels and product categories.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

4. Other Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with management software systems such as SAP, Solomon, or Oracle.

  • Honest, team-oriented, and collaborative.
