JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to the Trade Support Director for implementing and supervising the monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecast planning for domestic business.
Analyze business results to ensure effective planning, product supply for sales, and preparation of raw materials for the company’s production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in annual planning for the Trade Support Department, including activities, costs, and personnel. Develop forecast plans by region/channel/SKU on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Supervise and review the forecasting process by region/channel.
Plan and allocate products for promotional campaigns, new launches, and relaunches.
Monitor sales plan execution by channel/region/area, provide alerts, and coordinate plan adjustments.
Analyze sales plan performance, evaluate results, identify growth trends, and integrate market research data to improve planning.
Track the department’s promotional and display budget.
Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Trade Support Director.
Manage, evaluate, train, and develop subordinate staff.
Supervise, guide, and ensure compliance with ISO documentation; update ISO-related matters.
Perform other duties related to assigned responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Major:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Preferably in Business Administration or Statistical Analysis.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales forecasting.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of statistical analysis.
Understanding of the business environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Skills in planning, organizing, analyzing, forecasting, and judgment.
Strategic vision.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with management software systems such as SAP, Solomon, Oracle.
Honest and team-oriented.
