JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning and Management:
Develop detailed action plans for customer development, brand growth, and market expansion.
Coordinate with regional sales teams to implement and achieve sales and operational targets.
Implementation and Compliance:
Collaborate with sales operations to execute marketing and sales support initiatives.
Ensure adherence to display standards, planograms, and effective use of promotional materials.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket management and key partners.
Address customer complaints and support the implementation of solutions to enhance service quality.
Budget and Resource Management:
Assist in monitoring and optimizing the use of budgets and resources.
Manage risks to ensure achievement of revenue, market share, distribution, and product visibility goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Major:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred majors: Marketing, Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in multinational or large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or FMCG sectors, with a preference for the dairy industry.
At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably involving management of supermarket or convenience store channel customers.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience in managing business activities related to supermarkets or convenience store chains, especially in dealing with purchasing departments and buying teams.
Understanding of brand and product category management within retail environments.
Strong analytical, business planning, and budget management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
Honest, team-oriented, and capable of working under high pressure and extended hours.
