About the Role 

Vinamilk is seeking a Tracking & Analytics Specialist to ensure accurate event tracking across web and app platforms, analyze traffic and performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion rates and user experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement and maintain accurate GA4 event tracking for both web and app platforms, aligned with business optimization goals. 

  • Implement and manage mobile app tracking using Adjust SDK, ensuring accurate attribution and event tracking across campaigns and platforms. 

  • Analyze traffic sources and performance across channels; proactively alert channel owners and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness. 

  • Monitor traffic volume and identify high-converting products to prioritize for traffic allocation. 

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaign pages, including conversion rate (CR) and click-through rate (CTR), and propose actionable improvements. 

  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance on web and app platforms to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization. 

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams to implement tracking solutions and performance enhancements. 

  • Continuously monitor tracking accuracy and data quality; identify gaps, misfires, or inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to adjust configurations, fix issues, and ensure reliable data flow. 

Job Requirements 

  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM): able to create, manage, and debug tags, triggers, and variables. 

  • Strong understanding of GA4 event model. 

  • Experience implementing tracking for Web (via GTM or hardcoded) and App (via Firebase SDK or GTM Server-side). 

  • Ability to work with development teams to ensure proper tracking implementation. 

  • Skilled in analyzing user behavior on web and app platforms and optimizing performance. 

  • Proficient in SQL and related skills for data extraction and reporting. 

  • Basic understanding of web/app development (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, dataLayer, etc.) to effectively collaborate with developers. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with developers and product teams to define tracking requirements and troubleshoot implementation issues.  

  • Ability to write and review simple technical documentation (e.g. event specs, tagging guides, tracking plans)
