Management System

The Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for overall oversight and strategic direction for Vinamilk. Currently, the BOD consists of 10 members and is designed to ensure diversity, including executive, non-executive and independent members, thereby ensuring diversity in perspectives, expertise and skills. Of these, 3 are independent members, meeting the prescribed standards, and 4 are female members, accounting for 40% of the total members, demonstrating Vinamilk's commitment to gender equality in leadership roles. Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, an independent member. The BOD places high priority on effective corporate governance, compliance with Vietnamese laws and the application of international best practices such as the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. To support its operations, the BOD has established 4 specialized committees: the Human Resources Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee.
