We are searching for a passionate employer brand expert to co-lead our exciting brand transformation journey. Vinamilk is one of the biggest food and nutrition brands in Vietnam and in the world. Our aspiration is to touch the heart and mind of millions of people, not just the consumers we serve, but anyone who currently or potentially works for us and with us. We aim to build upon our strong brand heritage, leapfrog towards the future and shape the new culture of Vinamilk that takes us to the next level.

This is the opportunity for you to be one of the very first building blocks of our transformation. You will act as a pioneer, a change agent, a people empathizer, a culture champion, and most importantly a brand promoter that embodies the new spirit of Vinamilk.

You will be working alongside a dynamic and fast paced team in our strategy office, who’s leading the company’s strategic agendas for growth.

• Strategy

Establish an employee value proposition that is aligned with our brand mission and purpose, come up with a strategic plan to realise the value proposition you defined.

• Execution

Conceptualise, design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.

• Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor and partner with our senior leadership team across functions to provide inputs and design relevant activities that effectively promote our employer brand

• Compliance

Collaborate with the marketing /external relations/HR team on a daily basis, provide guidance to ensure a consistent brand image across all communication touchpoints.

• Have relevant experiences in the field of Employer Branding, PR, Branding, Marketing, Account Management etc. (at least 5 years)

• Have a passion for both brands and people. Your core starts with serving people and you have a natural talent to engage and draw others in what you believe in.

• Be creative and good at storytelling.

• Proactively and independently drive towards results.

• Digital savvy

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network

• High energy, resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
