The Strategy & Innovation Office is responsible for the overall financial health of new business & initiatives. This role produces financial reports, direct investment activities, and develops strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals. You will analyze market and business data, prepare financial forecasting, analyze business performance, and recommend changes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our new businesses. This role will oversee: financial modeling and valuation, reporting, pricing, revenue management, and product portfolio optimization.

• Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk

• Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies

• Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations

• Provide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trends

• Manage pricing, product portfolio optimization, revenue management, and financial health for e-commerce and retail stores

• Develop financial and valuation models, financial and operational analysis, and recommendations for decision-making

• Coordinate with Finance Group to manage the team’s strategic financial plan process

• Focus on all daily and month-end business performance reporting, with respect to effectiveness and efficiency of demand generation activities (pricing, revenue management, portfolio optimization) and operational excellence (cost optimization)

• Support team members from different businesses within the Strategy & Innovation office to develop ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions

• Analyze market potential and provide recommendations for potential investment relating to business and product expansions

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field

• Certificate of qualifications, which may include CFA, ACCA, CPA …

• 7+ years of experience in financial or accounting

• Experience in investment banking and/or corporate finance

• Critical thinking and data-driven

• Personal integrity; ability to keep client and company confidences

• Master’s degree in finance or economics
