SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS INTERN (NATIONWIDE)

1. INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

The Supply Chain Operations Internship Program 2026 is designed to provide young talents with the opportunity to directly participate and contribute to Vinamilk's supply chain operations. Rather than observing from the sidelines, interns will be involved in real operational activities, improvement initiatives, and business projects, gaining practical exposure to warehousing, distribution, transportation, and logistics operations. Through this experience, interns will develop logical thinking, system thinking, and analytical skills in a real business environment, while building a broader understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Outstanding candidates may be considered for future full-time opportunities based on business needs and performance throughout the program.

2. MAIN TASKS:

During the internship period, interns will be assigned to different Supply Chain functions depending on business needs and will directly participate in operational activities as follows:

For Distribution Centers Operations: (Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Bac Ninh)

- Supporting daily warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations.

- Monitoring inbound, outbound, inventory, and transportation activities to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.

- Updating and maintaining operational data and records in systems and reports.

- Assisting in inventory reconciliation, stock counting, and warehouse management activities.

- Tracking order processing, shipment status, delivery performance, and transportation execution.

- Preparing and maintaining operational reports related to warehousing, inventory, distribution, and logistics performance.

- Identifying operational issues and supporting improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

- Participating in warehouse optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects.

For Warehouse & Logistics Department: (Da Nang, Nghe An)

- Supporting data collection, processing, and analysis related to supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.

- Monitoring and analyzing operational data, including orders, inventory levels, supply-demand plans, transportation activities, and service performance.

- Preparing, updating, and maintaining supply chain and logistics performance reports.

- Participating in problem-solving activities by analyzing gaps between planning and actual execution.

- Identifying operational issues and supporting root-cause analysis for supply chain and logistics performance.

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects.

- Assisting in the development of reporting, tracking, and data analysis tools.

- Participating in digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain function.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

The internship focuses on potential and mindset, rather than extensive work experience.

Target Candidates:

- This internship is designed for candidates who aspire to build a career in Supply Chain, particularly:

- Final-year university students (4th year) preparing to graduate

- Fresh graduates or candidates who graduated within the last 12 months

Academic Requirements:

- GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or 7.5/10 or higher

- Additional skills are an advantage (e.g. foreign languages, AI, Power BI, data tools, etc.)

- In suitable cases, the internship may consider candidates with outstanding profiles who demonstrate strong logical thinking, system thinking, and clear motivation for pursuing a career in Supply Chain.
