The Strategy & Innovation Office is tasked with the mission to re-invent the way we do business and serve customers. It requires strong critical and analytical thinking to challenge and create solutions across our core capabilities: from agricultural, manufacturing, supply chain to sales, marketing, and go-to-market activities.

We are looking for the next generation of strategic thinkers who are obsessed about consumer, food and wellness, and technology. This person is a challenger who likes to work at the intersection of all business capabilities. You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop, communicate, and implement recommendations that touch our suppliers, partners, employees, and consumers. This role will report to the corresponding Heads of Brand Incubator, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation within the Strategy & Innovation Office.

• Establish vision, strategy, and program to decompose corporate strategy into meaningful initiatives across our value chain, from agricultural, processing, manufacturing to distribution to end consumers

• Identify and prioritize a roadmap to deliver those changes

• Develop an expertise or interest in a vertical

• Create a strategy and roadmap for implementation of a specific vertical of interest

• Lead all discussions and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to implement those programs and drive them to completion

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5-10+ years of experience in a technology or consumer company

• Outstanding record of academic achievement, with functional knowledge in Digital Technology, eCommerce, IT strategy consulting, etc.

• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively

• Master’s Degree
