KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning and Operations Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and business performance across the assigned supermarket chain.

  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of plans, making timely adjustments to ensure business objectives are achieved.

  • Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates and reports to the Channel Director.

2. Plan Execution Coordination

  • Ensure the effective execution of assigned plans and activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to implement promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.

  • Supervise the implementation of sales policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all stores.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.

  • Organize customer care programs and customer satisfaction surveys to improve service quality.

4. Budget and Resource Management

  • Effectively manage budgets, costs, and resources while controlling risks to achieve targets related to sales revenue, market share, distribution, merchandising, brand image, and supermarket channel presence.

  • Plan and monitor resource utilization to optimize costs and operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate and recommend process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and work quality.

5. Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

  • Assess employee performance and develop individual and team development plans.

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.

6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Collect and analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for the MT Head.

  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis to enhance business performance and customer service quality.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and propose appropriate business strategies accordingly.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & MAJOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Preference given to majors related to business such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related majors.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in multinational companies or large-scale enterprises in dairy, food, or FMCG industries; dairy industry experience is highly preferred

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in managing business operations related to supermarkets and/or retail store chains; familiar with working and interacting with customers in supermarket/convenience store channels, particularly with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Good understanding of category management and brand management within supermarkets or convenience store chains.
  • Strong analytical, business planning, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and business partners

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good spoken and written English.

  • Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
