Customer Referral Via Vinamilk App (Affiliate)

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

• During the program period, all customers who log in to the Vinamilk App will receive a referral code under the “My Code” section. When a customer shares their “My Code” with new or existing customers who place a qualifying order within the applicable area, they will receive referral points, which can be redeemed for Vinamilk Vouchers or vouchers from the Mobile World Joint Stock Company retail chains (*)
• All new customers who install the Vinamilk App and successfully register for a member account (defined as customers who have never downloaded the app or placed an order before) will receive:
  • A 30,000 VND Vinamilk voucher for use at Vinamilk Stores (valid for orders from 350,000 VND, including VAT and after discounts, if any)
  • A 30,000 VND Vinamilk voucher for use on the Vinamilk website or app (valid for orders from 400,000 VND, including VAT and after discounts, if any)

2. PROGRAM DURATION:

• From November 23, 2024 to December 31, 2025

3. APPLICABLE AREA:

• Tại Hệ Thống Các Cửa Hàng Vinamilk Trên Toàn Quốc (Danh sách xem chi tiết tại đây)
• Tại kênh mua hàng trực tuyến (online): Website new.Vinamilk.com.vn; App Vinamilk. 

4. PROGRAM TERMS:

• Referrer: A registered Vinamilk App user with a customer ID and referral code listed under “My Code” in the system
• Referee:
  • L1 Referee: A new customer who has never downloaded the Vinamilk App or placed an order
  • L2 Referee: An existing Vinamilk App user with a registered customer ID. The Referee must enter the Referrer’s code in the “Have a referral code? Enter now” field before placing a qualifying order. Points will only be awarded once the order is successfully delivered and paid in full.
  • Important Notes:
    • A Referrer cannot enter the referral code of someone they have referred
    • Each customer account may enter only one referral code, once, and it cannot be changed after submission

5. POINTS CONVERSION RULES:

• L1 Referee places 1 qualifying order ≥ 350,000 VND → Referrer earns 30,000 points
• L1 Referee places 3 qualifying orders ≥ 350,000 VND within 30 days → Referrer earns additional 70,000 points
• L2 Referee places 1 qualifying order ≥ 650,000 VND including at least 2 packs (8 cartons) of Vinamilk Green Farm UHT milk 180ml → Referrer earns 15,000 points\
• L2 Referee places 3 qualifying orders ≥ 650,000 VND (each including 2 packs of Green Farm UHT milk 180ml) within 30 days → Referrer earns additional 35,000 points

Note: Combined orders, returned orders, or orders outside the program area are not eligible.

POINT REDEMPTION OPTIONS:

(*) Vouchers from Mobile World Joint Stock Company are valid at nationwide chains including: Thegioididong, Dien May Xanh, Bach Hoa Xanh, An Khang Pharmacy, Topzone, and AVA.

REDEMPTION DEADLINES:

• Vinamilk points can be redeemed until December 31, 2025
• Vinamilk Vouchers are valid for 30 days from issuance, within the applicable area
• Mobile World Group Vouchers must be redeemed by December 31, 2025; validity is printed on the voucher

VOUCHER USAGE CONDITIONS:

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to exchange for other Vinamilk products
  In-store vouchers are not valid for: infant formula for children under 2 years old, or non-promotional items per trade support guidelines (e.g., condensed milk, milk pouches, sweetened UHT milk, plain sweetened yogurt, sugar)
• Online vouchers (website/app) are not valid for: condensed milk, nutritional milk pouches, Star milk pouches, 100% UHT milk (110ml/180ml/1L, except coconut flavor), sugar, or infant formula for children under 2 years old (per Vietnamese law)

OTHER TERMS:

• Program terms may be updated at any time in accordance with legal procedures for promotional activities
• Vinamilk reserves the right to reject participation if fraudulent behavior or violations are detected
• Disputes or complaints will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws
