Vinamilk Store Return and Refund Policy

By accessing our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Eligible Customers

This policy applies to all customers who use services and purchase products at Vinamilk Store locations nationwide.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Vinamilk Stores currently do not support return or refund requests based on subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction or change of mind for the following special product categories:

  • All types of spoonable yogurt

  • Probiotic drinking yogurt (Probi)

  • Pasteurized fresh milk

  • Cheese

  • Ice cream

Note: Customers are kindly requested to check their invoice before making payment. Vinamilk will not be able to support returns or exchanges for products not covered by this policy once the invoice has been successfully issued.

3. Products Eligible for Return or Exchange

All products except those listed in Section 2 are eligible for return or exchange.

4. Conditions for Product Return or Exchange at Vinamilk Stores

Customers must provide purchase information and/or the original invoice.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Include all accompanying items (if any), promotional or complimentary products (if any), in full quantity and complete sets as per the invoice

  • Show no signs of use

  • Be intact, undamaged, and free from punctures; packaging must remain unopened and undamaged

  • Expiry date must be clear and unaltered (no erasures or overwriting)

  • For individually wrapped ready-to-drink powdered milk for children: shrink wrap must be intact and scratch cards (if any) must be unused

  • For products with screw caps: the cap must be intact and show no signs of having been opened

5. Timeframe for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds must be made on the same day of purchase (as shown on the invoice) and within the store’s operating hours.

6. Other Situations

If you discover that a product is of poor quality, incorrect, missing, or defective due to Vinamilk Store’s error, you may:

  • Bring the product directly to the Vinamilk Store (as indicated on the invoice)

  • Contact Vinamilk Customer Service via the hotline 1900 636 979 (press 1) for assistance.
