1. Developing new products (domestic, export) as assigned.

2. Updating research data, files on new product development, and related product knowledge.

3. Participating with the Quality Management Department, factories to address quality issues as required.

- Conducting research on new products, planning, and implementing new product development under the assignment of the R&D Manager.

- Researching new raw materials, processing units, proposing suitable materials or processing units according to product development needs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Evaluating newly selected suppliers.

- Understanding standards, regulations related to new products to be developed.

- Conducting product research: establishing formulas, implementing trials, sensory evaluation of trial samples, and monitoring sample retention.

- Calculating the selling price for new products, improving them.

- Researching and completing production processes for completely new products, machine equipment characteristics.

- Monitoring and urging factories, related departments to carry out testing, deployment of new products.

- Proposing recommendations, advising the R&D Manager on all product-related matters.

- Establishing new finished product formulas/adjusting for handover to the R&D Department issued on ERP.

- Establishing technical specifications for new materials, physical indicators of semi-finished products/finished products, technological processes for handover to the R&D Department issuing technical requirements.

- Establishing Product Data Sheets for export products for bidding/sales.

- Providing information for standard TCCS to hand over to employees responsible for product disclosure.

- Providing information to departments: Marketing Department, International Sales Department: product benefits/quality information, providing samples of new bids.

- Establishing label information for handover to Marketing Department/International Sales Department, in accordance with state labeling regulations.

- Monitoring and updating market changes, industry changes, accessing new technologies to generate ideas for improving, changing, and developing products, meeting market requirements.

- Participating in solving product quality issues (by adjusting formulas, production processes, or identifying inappropriate points for correction).

- Perform other tasks assigned by the R&D Manager.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related fields.

- Fluent in English

- The priority is to have exp in product research at research centers or companies producing dairy products, soft drinks/beverages, or food.

- Knowledge of processing technology, characteristics, packaging, etc., of dairy and dairy-derived products, food, and beverages.

- Food/drink production processes.

- Nature and methods of physicochemical analysis of food/drink products.

- Quality Management Systems.

- Understanding of domestic and international market trends in the development of dairy products and dairy-derived products, food, and beverages.

- Analytical knowledge and reporting skills.

- Ability to understand technical documents in English.

- Communication skills.

- Time management skills.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Independent thinking.

- Organizational skills.

- Office computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
