GROUP ON-PREMISE MANAGER
I.ABOUT THE ROLE:
With the need of expending the team, we are seeking a Group On-premise Manager who will report to the Head of On-premise Channel and be responsible for: Deploying and implementing plans, activities and managing results; Planning and evaluating customer care/exploitation approaches and implementation of customer, partner, brand and market development activities. In addition, this position also needs candidates with the ability to train and develop teams. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent budget - cost and resource management skills, as you’ll collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
II.JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in on-premise channels (such as restaurants, cafes, and hotels).
• Manage partnership agreement payments and budgets.
• Analyze the region and account-specific data to understand how they affect our business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key On Premise partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective distribution and visibility of Vinamilk products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage promotional activities and negotiate terms with partners.
• Monitor market trends and maintains data on competition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND PROFESSION:
• Graduate University; Priority is given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade or related Economics majors.
EXPERIENCE
• Have at least 05-08 years of experience in sales, sales management for Key Account, Horeca, On-premise customer groups... in practice at multinational companies/large-scale companies in the industry FMCG/food industry or equivalent, including at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Have good knowledge of sales in the field of food/fast-moving consumer goods, especially knowledge and understanding of special customer channels (Key Account/Anchor Account) and types of direct consumer customers (On-premise; HORECA)
• Have basic knowledge of marketing and building trade support activities (trade marketing).
• Have knowledge of implementing business strategies.
• Ability to analyze and plan.
• Good skills in negotiation.
• Good communication/presentation/persuasion skills
• Management and employee training skills.
