Product Manager/ Project Manager – Digital Transformation – B2B Commerce
The Digital Transformation within the Strategy & Innovation Office will leverage technology and data to help our business create and innovate. We are looking for a tenacious leader who is obsessed about consumer and technology, understands both consumer aspirations and operational constraints, and uses that knowledge to revolutionize how we operate internally and externally. You will drive the digital transformation vision, strategy, and delivery of digital capabilities that touch our suppliers, partners, employees, and consumers. You will be the voice of change and the primary interface for how we can leverage technology and data to grow, with autonomy and extremely high visibility. This role will report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation Office.

Area of expertise: Commercial (B2B Sales Capability – B2B Trade Promotion Management & Optimization – Demand Planning B2B)

1.6 Month Expectations

•Conduct current state assessment and identify digital opportunities to increase growth and profit

•Translate corporate strategies into clear, specific digital goals and deliverables, supported by solid analysis

•Quantify the business value of proposed solutions with a financial business case and/or other metrics, jointly with leadership and digital partners

•Define customer and product requirements, and coordinate the requirements to other stakeholders and vendor partners/solution providers

•Define, manage, and deliver roadmap for digital capabilities, including pilot and launch of future customer & employee experience based on a human-centered design mindset

•Develop and monitor key performance metrics KPI and actions

•Manage bottlenecks, resolve escalations, anticipate and make feature and resource trade-offs

2.12+ Month Expectations

•Partner with and supervise work performed by both internal and external strategic vendors & partners

•Work cross-functionally with partners/providers, finance, and operations on an iterative product development cycle

•Oversee user interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis

•Increase insights on user behavior and pain points

•Identify, measure, and improve key customer experience metrics

•Act as an advocate and advisor for Vinamilk’s usage of innovative technologies and support practices to accelerate cross-company adoption of such tools and platforms

•Collaborate extensively with business units and functional heads and IT architects to identify and leverage opportunities for digital acceleration and fundamentally different ways of working

•Coach business owners, product owners to develop a digital-first strategy and build capabilities within their teams

3.Key responsibilities:

Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an entire Vinamilk commerce activity or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state. They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Ordering and Sale capability.

•Liaison with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze detailed business / system / product requirements needed by Technology teams to deliver projects.

•Identify gaps in requirements and following up with stakeholders to resolve gaps, communicate requirements clearly using a variety of formats (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements)

•Develop technical, functional, and strategic artifacts such as solution diagrams, business requirements, and business cases to support delivery of the projects

•Support PM to plan, prioritize and manage project scope and product feature backlog and development of requirements and user stories where appropriate.

•Support PM to work closely with internal stakeholders, including any third parties to gather business requirements and define software functionality, throughout the release lifecycle, from inception to general release to ongoing support. May also work with internal and/or external development teams and vendor partners to deliver project objectives.

•Support the project and program managers to ensure that the projects are delivered on budget and on time

•Adapt to changing expectations and project demands. Develop a customer first mindset.

4.Basic Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science or related field

•12+ years of experience in a FMCGs company or focusing on technology

•Experience with feature trade-off, roadmap prioritization, and 0-to-1 product delivery

•Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success in ambiguous environment

•Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts with technical team members

•Strong hands on experience as a functional Business Analyst, who has worked in detailed Agile and Waterfall projects, understands complex project interdependencies, is able to prioritize & manage multiple requests, stakeholders, and ongoing deadlines.

•Experience analyzing nontechnical requirements, performing Root Cause Analysis, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues.

•Should have experience managing multiple requests at once (~50+)

•Experience working in fast moving and complex projects, with multiple dependencies and varying stakeholders.

•Able to see the high level view of the project, while diving into the details to identify and fix bugs/issues.

•Moves with a sense of urgency.

•Able to manage multiple personalities within the team/client.

5.Preferred Qualifications

•Master’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science or related field

•Proven thought leader on digital and business transformation

•Demonstrated ability to synthesize the evolving future of an industry, and to define corresponding impact of those trends

•Demonstrated ability to build a strong team, motivate direct and indirect reports
