Sales Supervisor
I. GENERAL INFORMATION:

Work location: Nationwide (Southern, Eastern, Western, Central and Northern)

II. EDUCATION:

- University graduate in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics …
- MBA is preferred

III. WORK EXPERIENCE:

- At least 02 years relevant working experience in FMCG industry.

IV. JOB SUMMARY:

As a Vinamilk Representative and fully responsible for the distributor operations in assigned areas including:
- Manage and develop assigned areas to achieve the sales goals of turnover, coverage and market share …
- Distributor management – ensure that the distributor implements as the signed Agreement between Vinamilk and Distributor.
- Manage and use sales equipments effectively such as trucks, refrigerators, signboard and POSM …
- Make sure the sales management software to be maintained and used effectively.
- Supervise, train and coach sales team (Salesmen, Sales Team Leaders)
- Client services and other tasks.

V. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Good knowledge of sales field in FMCG industry
- Basic knowledge of finance (P&L, ROI …)
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and planning skills
- Customer services & essential selling skills
- Leadership skill
- Analytical thinking
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented
- Working under high pressure
- Dedicated and hard-working
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of English is preferred
