VINAMILK’s Strategy & Innovation Office is expanding its staff and is searching for Creative Manager to join it. By providing design solutions that inform, inspire, and engage, we concentrate every day on enhancing the company's brand and bottom line. You will develop a wide range of design projects as a member of the transformation team and collaborate with the larger marketing and e-commerce team to produce high-visibility projects with quick turnaround times.

• Visually conceptualize and implement design solutions to marketing strategies and projects from concept to completion to ensure that the design meets marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing team to brainstorm and generate new ideas for design.

• Scope and create layouts & design template by developing the design principles such as color, typography, and photographic selection.

• Produce visual creation for website (Vinamilk website, Ecommerce marketplace) and banner ads on social media, display and more that will have high visual impact to users.

• Be able to compose a shot, understand framing, color and light to create a visually pleasing photograph.

• Apply typography treatments and motion graphics design.

• Provide post-production knowledge of exporting, transcoding, converting, and archiving footage.

• Manage all owned creative deliverables and make sure that the due date will be met.

• Manage rapid turnaround times and a large volume of material using effective procedures and Project Management Tools (Teams, Click Up, Asana, Jira)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience specifically focused on creating assets for use in digital marketing and Ecommerce.

• Must be a strong, self-starter adept at independent problem-solving.

• Must have a can-do and positive attitude.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in design for FB/ IG/ TikTok/Youtube.

• Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketplace platform and customer behavior in design (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki)

• Detailed oriented + Strong ability to prioritize work & resources.

• Good at communication

• Experience using Canva is a plus.

• Video editing is a plus.
