DTC Users Growth Manager
Main Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Conduct funnel and path analysis to identify customer experience gaps.

• Define and prioritize growth strategies to align with overall business goals.

• Set and monitor growth KPIs to ensure they support DTC objectives.

Market Research & Insights:

• Continuously research market trends, competitors’ actions, and customer feedback to adjust growth strategies.

• Ensure the growth initiatives are in line with shifting market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Research & Experimentation:

• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to understand user behavior and optimize customer journeys.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, content, media) to refine growth strategies based on test results and data insights.

• Use market research to stay ahead of trends and enhance product features for better engagement and conversion.

Acquisition:

• Build the acquisition program to get new users and convert them into first time purchasers with the efficiency mindset.

• Work with media team to target high-intent users

• Work with product team to design journey to turn traffic to purchasers.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV):

• Optimize user onboarding processes to enhance the initial customer experience and reduce time to value.

• Develop strategies to boost customer lifetime value by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving retention.

Measurement & Reporting:

• Track and analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive DTC tracking dashboard to monitor product performance, paid media impact, and website/app conversion metrics.

• Interpret key metrics and generate detailed reports to uncover product issues and opportunities for optimization.

Management & Leadership:

• Oversee and optimize paid marketing efforts across all channels, balancing growth goals with budget and ROI considerations.

• Communicate growth strategies and progress across departments, ensuring collaboration and alignment with growth objectives.

• Manage budgets for all growth initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data, Commerce

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a growth management role, preferably within e-commerce or DTC environments.

• Proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven growth strategies.

• Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.

• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable growth plans.

• Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and findings clearly.
