DTC Website & App Analytics & Measurement Specialist
Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Website & App Analytics & Measurement Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain tracking strategies to monitor user behavior and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure accurate tracking, analyze performance data, and optimize the user experience for growth.

Main Responsibilities

Tracking:

• Develop and execute strategies for measuring user behavior and conversions across websites and apps.

• Monitor competitor sites and identify optimization opportunities.

• Evaluate and enhance the functionality of current and future sites, setting measurable goals.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to meet tracking and reporting requirements.

Analyzing:

• Collect and interpret data using Google Analytics 4 to uncover trends in site and app performance.

• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate insights to key stakeholders.

• Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, data visualization tools) to generate meaningful reports.

Audit:

• Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of website data.

• Conduct usability testing to analyze customer experiences and ensure optimal site functionality.

• A/B Testing & Optimization:

• Lead A/B tests and other experiments to improve website and app performance.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experiences and boost conversions.

• Stay updated on analytics industry best practices and trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find optimization and growth opportunities through data insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics tools.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.

• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

• Proven ability to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in digital marketing and e-commerce settings.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and reporting.
