The Digital Marketing team in Marketing department owns digital performance planning & execution for brands, across all areas related to awareness, engagement & acquisition across channels: content, paid media, social media.
An Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is a data driven digital marketer with a broad range of digital marketing skills, key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online branding and digital performance campaigns across brands.
• Work closely with agency partners to ensure all projects are managed efficiently, and build relationships with key agency contacts in order to maintain optimal working relationships.
• Manager comprehensive Digital marketing plan covering online advertising, SEM / SEO, social media, influencing via bloggers, etc.
• Plan and control the company’s social media accounts and company website
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Analyze digital marketing analytics on the performance and effectiveness of campaigns and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

2. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience preferably in CPG industry
• Experience in marketing automation administration, developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, preferably managing large-scale campaigns
• Experience in data analysis & reporting
• Good knowledge in web analytics, ad tracking,
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have deep understanding of paid advertising including hand-on with Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Programmatic DSP
• Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital tracking tools
• Require high level of English skills.
