Sr manager/ manager customer acquisition

The Digital Marketing team within the Strategy & Innovation office owns digital marketing strategy & execution (demand generation, growth, and performance) for brands across sales channels (online, retail, offline), across all areas related to acquisition, engagement & retention, and analytics, across channels: content, paid media, paid social, web, email, or SMS.
1. Main Responsibilities
• Own the digital customer acquisition strategy and campaigns to grow new customer via Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Display, Video
• Build customer acquisition model and acquisition cost
• Work closely with Ecommerce team to ensure digital marketing channels are reflective of assortment, channel, commercial strategy from Ecommerce standpoint
• Be a key contributor to the Digital Communication Strategy
• Day to day management of all aspects of acquisition campaign development
• Design A/B testing strategy
• Identify opportunities to drive performance and build business cases if further investment is needed
• Ensure all campaigns are tagged for effective reporting
• Work closely with the Retention & Data team to ensure effective targeting and acquisition
• Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs and budget
• Build and oversee the monthly budget for Acquisition part
• Update digital marketing trends and what the competition is doing in the space
2. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of digital marketing/ customers growth experience
• Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: digital media, digital content, digital customer research.
• Firm understanding of paid social and all performance marketing tactics and metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
• Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL)
• Strong knowledge in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media
• Strong expertise in all forms of bidding media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms)
• A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with DTC marketing model
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Thriving in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
3. Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree
• Direct experience building a digital marketing capability from scratch
• Direct Experience in CPG industry
