The Digital Marketing team within the Strategy & Innovation office owns digital marketing strategy & execution (demand generation, growth, and performance) for brands across sales channels (online, retail, offline), across all areas related to acquisition, engagement & retention, and analytics, across channels: content, paid media, paid social, web, email, or SMS.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Own all customer retention strategy and manage retention campaigns via Customers Data Management Platform, CRM, Web Analytics, Email, SMS, Facebook Messengers, Zalo

• Build customer retention model and retention cost structure

• Work closely with Ecom team to build Loyalty Program and design retention campaigns which are reflective of assortment, channel, commercial strategy from Ecommerce standpoint

• Lead Digital data segmentation and qualified data scoring

• Be a key contributor to the Digital Communication Strategy

• Day to day management of all aspects of retention campaign development

• Design A/B testing strategy

• Ensure all campaigns are tagged for effective reporting

• Work closely with the Acquisition & Data team to ensure effective targeting and acquisition

• Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs and budget

• Build and oversee the monthly budget for Retention part

• Update digital marketing trends and what the competition is doing in the space

• Work with Project Manager & Product Manager to build CRM tech tool

2. Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years of digital marketing/ customers growth/ CRM experience

• Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing for retention: customer data hierarchy, segmentation, customer journey builder, life-time value measurement, repeated purchase schemes design, content strategy, marketing automation

• Firm understanding of all performance marketing tactics and metrics (Open Rate%, Click Rate%, Data Qualification Rate%, Contracted Rate%, Conversion Rate%, Lifetime value)

• Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL)

• Experience of operating retention program on Salesforce, Hubspot, Odoo, Zoho, MailChimp

• A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with DTC marketing model

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Creative thinker and problem solver

• Thriving in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

3. Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree

• Direct experience building a digital marketing capability from scratch

• Direct Experience in CPG industry
