Jello yogurt
Time: 10 minutes to prepare and 2 hours to chill

Ingredients
  • 450g Vinamilk yogurt (equivalent to 4.5 packs of Vinamilk yogurt)

  • 5gr Gelatin (powder or sheets)

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

  • Yogurt container / mold

    Step 1: Preparing Ingredients
    Soak gelatin in 20-30ml water for 10 minutes to soften it
    Then melt it in the microwave or a steamer.

    Step 2: Stir well
    Stir well and let the gelatin cool down before mixing it with yogurt. First, start with a few spoons of yogurt, then gently put the remaining yogurt into the gelatin bowl and stir well.

    Step 3: Complete
    Pour the mixture of yogurt and gelatin into molds. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2hs until the yogurt sets.

    Step 4: Enjoy
    Before serving, put yogurt jello in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes to make it really cold. Get the yogurt jello out of the mold and cut to pieces. Best served with fresh fruit or a sprinkle of cocoa powder or green tea powder on top to your taste.
