Fruit yogurt
Time: 30 minutes to prepare and 3 hours to chill
Serving: 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 500gr Vinamilk yogurt (Equivalent to 5 packs of yogurt)

  • 200gr fresh fruit (strawberry, mulberry, mango, or pineapple)

  • 2gr gelatin (powder or sheets)

  • 25ml water

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (to your taste)

  • Yogurt jars

Cooking steps

    Step 1: PREPARING INGREDIENTS
    - Soak gelatin in warm water for 10 minutes to soften it and boil it. Then let it cool down.
    - Boil chopped fruit, sugar and 25ml of water together. At the boiling point, lower the heat and stir gently. Keep simmering for 3-5 minutes until the fruit gets tender, then let the mixture cool off.

    Step 2: STIR WELL
    Mix yogurt and gelatin in a bowl, then pour this mixture into the cooled fruit pot above

    Step 3: ENJOY
    Pour the fruit yogurt mixture into jars and keep them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours till the yogurt sets. It’s now ready for family’s snack time.
